A bit about me:

I am a qualified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness and Pilates instructor based in North West London.

Fitness was always a part of my story. I began watching Jane Fonda from the tender age of seven and was keen to copy all of her fun aerobics exercises!

Having been an overweight child, it became my mission to use fitness to lose weight and gain confidence in myself. In 2013 I enrolled in my first course to become a Pilates instructor and have never looked back since!

My passion:

I find the most joy out of teaching women to honour their bodies and develop a sustainable healthy lifestyle to help them become their best selves. I particularly love focusing on pre and post natal women because it was through the experience of having both my children that I discovered how incredibly strong women are.

My focus:

In addition to working 1:1 with clients at Buzz Gym Harrow, I teach classes at a number of gyms such as Harrow Leisure Centre, Northolt Leisure Centre and William Penn Leisure Centre. I have a great passion for Les Mills programmes and am qualified in Body Attack, Body Balance and Body Pump.
