Sukaina Abdulhussein, Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Human Nutrition from the University of Herefordshire.

A bit about me:

I graduated from a degree in Human Nutrition in 2016 where I was awarded a prize for achieving the highest grade in my cohort. I am so passionate about health and well-being through diet and nutrition, working with non-governmental organisations, a FTSE 100 company, and charities to support nutrition initiatives for both adults and children.

This passion lead me to set up Sukaina Nutrition, a nutrition health clinic that focuses on helping adults meet their health goals through a balanced, sustainable approach. My belief is that food is fuel and a very fundamental part of daily life.

I work with clients to understand their own individual nutrition requirements and to build a healthy relationship with food as what we put in our bodies can impact both our physical and mental health.

I love working with brands and businesses to implement workplace wellness strategies to help the well-being and health of employees & do this by delivering workshops and training sessions around various nutrition topics to groups of 100+ people in various settings.

The core aim is to help filter out the noise and provide evidence-based support to help my clients become the healthiest versions of themselves without restricting or disliking food!

Favourite Joke:

What do you call a fake noodle? IMPASTA!

Our bodies are capable of so much – empowering and educating yourself with the correct knowledge around how to fuel your body correctly will help heighten our body’s ability to thrive and succeed. Our relationship with food and the way we eat can influence your life by 50+ years – make it count!

Daily habit: Telling my family I love them every single day – life is too short; you don’t know what’s round the corner!
